Event Timer

Agenda Timer for Events & Shows

From meetups to graduations: time every segment of your event with auto-advance, speaker names on screen, and messages to the stage — all controlled from your phone.

Everything an event producer needs

Agenda segments & auto-advance

Build any run-of-show as a sequence of timed segments — openings, speeches, performances, intermissions. The timer advances automatically and shows what is up next.

Messages to the stage

Send quick messages like "5 minutes left" or "please wrap up" straight to the big screen, without interrupting whoever is on stage.

Save events & run them again

Create a free account to save your event. Reuse the same run-of-show next week, next month, or next year — one click and the clock is running.

Events that run on a run-of-show

Any event with a schedule benefits from a shared, visible clock. These are the most common.

Meetups & community events

Multiple short talks, one evening. Auto-advance keeps the program moving and the venue emptied on time.

Graduations & ceremonies

Processions, speeches, and awarding each get a segment. The pace stays dignified and predictable.

Church services

Time worship segments, sermons, and announcements on the sanctuary screen — see the church timer for details.

Fitness & wellness events

Interval workouts, challenges, and classes run on strict rounds. A big visible clock keeps everyone in sync.

Corporate events & town halls

Multi-speaker agendas with tight transitions. The host advances segments from their phone between speakers.

School shows & competitions

Talent shows, science fairs, and debates all need fair, visible timing for every act or team.

Event Timer FAQ

What is an event timer?

An event timer is a countdown that follows a run-of-show: a sequence of timed segments with names and speakers. Unlike a simple countdown, it moves through your agenda automatically and shows what comes next.

Can I save my event and reuse it?

Yes. With a free account you can save events to your dashboard and re-run them any time — perfect for weekly meetups, recurring services, or annual shows.

What happens if a segment runs over time?

The display switches to over-time counting (and under-time when you are ahead), so everyone can see the deviation at a glance. The producer can add time or advance manually.

Does the event timer work offline?

The quick timer keeps running offline, but realtime sync between your phone and the big screen needs a network connection.
