Conference Timer

Conference Timer for Multi-Session Events

Run every session, speaker, and break on one synchronized clock. Build the full agenda once, cast it to the big screen, and control everything from your phone.

Built for all-day conferences

Multi-session agenda

Build the whole day in one place: Opening, Keynote, Panels, Breaks, Closing — each with its own duration and speaker name. Sessions auto-advance so the program never stalls.

Over / Under tracking

When a speaker runs over, the stage display counts up in a warning color. Moderators see it instantly and can nudge the program back on schedule with one tap.

One giant screen, zero setup

Cast the stage display to any TV or projector via Chromecast, AirPlay, or HDMI. No conference-room hardware, no installed apps, no AV team required.

Where conference teams use Castimer

From single-track meetups to multi-day summits, a visible countdown keeps every session sharp.

Keynotes & plenaries

The headline talk gets the most visibility — and the most pressure. A fullscreen countdown on the main screen keeps the keynote inside its slot.

Lightning talks

Five minutes, hard stop. Rapid-fire formats depend on precise, visible timing for every single speaker.

Panel discussions

Allocate time per panelist and per Q&A round. The moderator controls everything quietly from their phone.

Breakouts & workshops

Run parallel rooms on independent timers. The free plan includes 2 rooms; Pro covers 4 simultaneous rooms.

Award ceremonies

Speeches, walk-ups, and interludes each get a segment. Auto-advance keeps the show rolling without a timekeeper shouting from the wings.

Hybrid & streamed conferences

Share the stage display into the stream or set it on the confidence monitor — remote and in-room speakers see the same clock.

Set up your conference timer in three steps

1

Build the agenda

Open the Event Timer and add every session with its duration and speaker. Save the event to your account to reuse it across conference days.

2

Cast the stage display

Open the display screen on the stage TV or projector and press F for fullscreen. The agenda bar shows where you are in the day.

3

Control from your phone

Start, pause, add time, advance to the next session, or send messages like "wrap up" to the stage — from anywhere in the venue.

Conference Timer FAQ

Can I run timers in multiple conference rooms?

Yes. Each room runs its own synchronized timer. The Free plan includes 2 rooms, and Pro covers 4 simultaneous rooms with unlimited saved events.

Does the timer move to the next session automatically?

Yes. When a segment ends, the Event Timer can auto-advance to the next agenda item, or the moderator can advance manually with one tap.

Can speakers see how much time they have left?

Yes. The stage display shows the current segment, the speaker name, and a large countdown that everyone — including the speaker — can read from the stage.

How much does the conference timer cost?

The core timer and stage display are free. Paid plans add more rooms, saved events, and team features — see the pricing page for details.
