By accessing and using Castimer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Castimer provides a screen timer service for presentations, meetings, fitness sessions, and practice sessions. The service includes:

• Flip timer with countdown, count-up, and clock modes
• Screen sharing and remote control capabilities
• Real-time synchronization across devices
• Customizable themes and backgrounds
• Audio notifications and alerts

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with the service's functionality
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not resell or redistribute the service without permission

All content, features, and functionality of Castimer, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Castimer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that the results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.

In no event shall Castimer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Castimer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
